New Orleans opens extra beds in cold weather shelters as Arctic blast arrives

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – The City of New Orleans said Sunday (Jan. 25) it has opened extra beds in warming centers and shelters after the arrival of dangerously cold weather.
