SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 25, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — A 43-year-old woman was arrested for alleged arson after witnesses said they observed her trying to ignite a gas tank on a vehicle in Salt Lake City.
Elena Garbe was arrested on Friday, and was booked into the Salt Lake County jail system.
