ASHEVILLE, N.C. (FOX Carolina) – The man accused of shooting and seriously injuring a woman in Asheville has been arrested and charged, police said.
According to police, 45-year-old Kevin Hyatt was taken into custody just hours after the shooting. He has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and stalking.
Additional charges may be forthcoming, police say.
