BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Alabama Department of Transportation is preparing roads Sunday night as temperatures drop below freezing.
Officials warn drivers that wet-looking surfaces could be icy, especially on bridges and overpasses, which ice first because cold air hits them from above and below.
