ASHEVILLE, NC (WLOS) — An investigation is underway after the death of an inmate at the Buncombe County Detention Facility over the weekend.
Grey Hester was found in medical distress just after 8 p.m. Saturday by detention center staff performing routine cell inspections, according to the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.
