MADISONVILLE, Ky. (WBKO) – As Kentucky enters day two of a historic winter storm, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, KYTC, is working to help clear roadways.
According to KYTC, in District 2, most roadways remain snow-covered, and icy conditions are developing, particularly in southern portions of the district.
