WILLOUGHBY, Ohio – Jeff’s Candy Shop is growing. Less than a year after opening at 16101 Waterloo Road in Cleveland’s Collinwood neighborhood, proprietor Jeff Morsfield is planning a move to Willoughby.
The current shop will remain open while the new shop is being readied.
