First Alert Summary
Good morning! With some of our temperatures near or below-freezing, please be careful if you have anywhere you need to be this morning. A few lingering slick spots are possible, which is why we have a First Alert Weather Day in effect. The best chance for these are near and north of I-20.
As the rest of this system moves offshore this morning, our sky is set to clear quickly. By this afternoon, sunshine returns across the Midlands. This will help high temperatures reach the mid-40s, melting anything that’s leftover.

Throughout the rest of this week, we’ll be seasonably cold. Morning lows will hover in the 20s, with high temperatures only in the 40s.
