LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Westport Road is typically an East End artery, but Sunday saw its usual hustle and bustle slip and slide.
Though the amount of cars have been sparse, Trevor McDill and Brelin Tilford saw it as an opportunity to enjoy the wintry views. They said they’ve dealt with more impactful storms.
