FORT PIERCE — The City of Fort Pierce will tout the “legacy and artistic contributions” of artists who once sold their vibrant landscape paintings from the trunks of cars at the 9th Annual Highwaymen Heritage Trail Art Show and Festival Saturday, Feb. 21.
Some of the original and second-generation Highwaymen artists will be on hand to celebrate at the Moore’s Creek Linear Park, 435 N. 7th St.
