Richmond, VA – A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect across the Richmond area through this morning, as patchy freezing rain or freezing drizzle continues to create hazardous travel conditions, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service in Wakefield said inland sections of southeast Virginia, including Richmond and surrounding counties, may experience freezing rain or spotty freezing drizzle early Monday.
