Rochester, N.Y. — The winter storm that is making its way across the U.S. is causing chaos for travelers.
Locally, dozens of arrivals and departures have been cancelled. Through Tuesday, American, Avello, Delta and Southwest Airlines are all offering waivers for travelers out of Rochester, meaning you can alter your flight plans without additional fees.
