SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX 5/KUSI) — Local Harland Brewing Company is opening its first full-service restaurant in 4S Ranch.
While the restaurant is expected to open soon, an exact opening date hasn’t been announced yet as some permits are still being finalized, said co-founder Jeff Hansson.
