Smith Pharmacy is now open at its newly constructed facility, allowing it to expand operations.
The independent pharmacy relocated from 1800 Freedom Road to 1914 Freedom Road in Little Chute, just a few doors down from its former spot, on Jan. 5. Owner Nic Smith, who runs the business with his wife, Nikki, said the number one reason for the new building was customer satisfaction.
“We did this for the customers – that’s always first and foremost for us,” Smith said. “We staff heavy to ensure we have pharmacists available and we want customers to have short wait times. It’s not about the money, it’s about the customer experience.”…
