LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) – A driver was cited one month after a pedestrian crash that turned deadly in south Lincoln.
Lincoln police said Monday that 23-year-old Haileigh Kapke was cited and released for misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide. She is scheduled to appear in court in February.
