MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison-based meal delivery service is offering a different approach to weeknight dinners, focusing on advance planning, locally sourced ingredients and fully cooked meals designed to be reheated at home.
Lovely’s Take Home Chef delivers heat-and-enjoy meals to homes and businesses across Dane County. The service was created by husband-and-wife team Matthew and Kristin Lovely, who say the goal was to make mealtime easier for people with busy schedules, without sacrificing quality.
“So if you can eliminate taking a restaurant to-go food for two nights a week and just have this nutritional meal ready at your schedule, it’s convenience, it’s awesome,” Matthew Lovely said. “And it’s actually cheaper than buying it from one of those services — when they’re dropping it off, you’re paying whoever that service is, you’re paying that tip on top of that.”
