LISD approves new criteria for closures, consolidations

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Lubbock Independent School District now has a new framework when considering which schools will stay open or which ones will close down.

The school board unanimously approved the District Optimization Framework this week. It creates a firm standard of the requirements needed to keep a campus open.
