WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Andover Central High School cheer team brought home a national championship this weekend, a first in program history.
The Jaguars won the title Saturday after competing in the National Cheerleaders Association high school nationals in Fort Worth, Texas.
It was no easy feat to get there. The team not only had to win a regional competition to qualify, but also make near-constant changes to its routine before it was ready for the national stage.
