ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man has been charged with first-degree murder for the death of Lindsey Smith, 40, of Richmond Heights, Missouri, who was found on Monday.
Ephron Tony Long, 54, is being charged with one count of first-degree murder, armed criminal action and resisting arrest.
