SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Jan. 24, 2026 (Gephardt Daily) — The Ritchie Group — associated with a westside property at 1197 N. 6880 West, which has been linked to a proposed ICE detention Center — on Saturday announced it and its investors “have no plans to sell or lease the property in question to the federal government.”
