LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A crash closed an east Las Vegas valley road Sunday after a vehicle ran a stop sign, according to Metro police.
Around 7:10 p.m., Metro police responded to a report of a crash in the area of Owens Avenue and Walnut Road.
Police said a sedan was driving southbound on Gateway Road, approaching Owens Avenue, when it drove into the intersection without stopping for a posted stop sign. The sedan hit an SUV driving westbound on Owens Avenue, according to police.
