(Storey County, NV) – A man with two outstanding felony warrants is in custody following an incident Sunday morning in Storey County. Deputies say around 11:20 a.m., a sheriff’s deputy spotted a man behind a locked gate at a TRI business that has recently been targeted by burglars, holding what appeared to be vehicle ignition wire. The man briefly ran from the deputy but later complied and was detained. Investigators say he initially gave false information about his identity, but was later identified as 31-year-old Jason Pineda of Reno.
