What’s Cooking: Downtown night market to showcase Hong Kong street food

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Hong Kong street food is coming to Fort Street Mall this Saturday for the inaugural Honolulu-Hong Kong Festival.

Hong Kong is known for its legendary night markets, and on Jan. 31, from 3-9 p.m., the free “Temple Street Night Market,” will take over downtown Honolulu, with food vendors, cultural presentations and performances.
