Snow emergencies issued in multiple Northeast Ohio counties amid winter storm: See if your county is included and what each level actually means

ERIE COUNTY, OHIO, Ohio — Heavy snow moved through Northeast Ohio on Sunday amid a Winter Storm Warning that impacted the entire region with snow-covered roads, which is why a few counties have issued a snow emergency.
