WATERLVLIET, N.Y. (WNYT)- Residents in Watervliet are digging out from a recent snowstorm with neighbors helping each other clear snow.
People were out in the city, busy clearing cars, driveways, and sidewalks. The snow is not heavy, but there’s a lot of it.
