NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) — New York City officials said Monday they aim to open all New York City schools on Tuesday, but the weather will ultimately decide.

New York City Schools Chancellor Kamar Samuels said staff are hard at work spreading salt, deploying plows, and shoveling. But schools will only reopen “when the weather permits.”
