BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Extreme weather can lead to a spike in your energy bill — and in the latest edition of The Evening Dish, News 4’s Marlee Tuskes spoke with Mike Baggerman, the communications manager for NYSEG.
Baggerman said that usage isn’t the only factor in what goes into your bill at the end of each month.
