UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – Jack’s Deli and Restaurant in University Heights has a new owner. Local hospitality professional Don Apel purchased it from Cleveland Restaurant Management Group. CRMG purchased it from owner Gary Lebowitz in February 2025.
The transition returns the 120-seat deli to a dedicated owner-operator model.
