‘Natalia Moore Law’ aims to help bullied Michigan students change schools

LANSING, Mich. — One year after tragedy struck a West Michigan family following sustained bullying, a new piece of legislation aims to offer students options to get out of a bad situation.

Natalia Moore was bright, loving, compassionate, and brought so much joy to everyone that knew her, according to her mother, Mira Fuentes.
