A pair of Memphis restaurateurs are getting ready to brew up a fresh pot of coffee for Collierville. Amanda and Chip Dunham, the dynamic duo behind local favorite Magnolia & May, are opening the memorably named Monkeygrass Mayhem Coffee in the Shops of Carriage Crossing, reports Daily Memphian.
Monkeygrass will be joining the 4674 Merchants Park Cir shopping center as part of the Pop Local program. Pop Local is a powerful resource and spring board for local businesses that allows visionaries and entrepreneurs to test out new concepts. Winners are granted six months of free rent alongside $5,000 dollars to assist with opening the new business and marketing support.
These tools will certainly be great assets to Monkeygrass Mayhem as it transitions from a mobile coffee shop to a brick and mortar. Launched in August of 2025, the concept is described as a dream come true for the Dunhams, one this next evolution is certain to make even sweeter…
