Disturbance call leads to nearly 2-hour standoff with Horry County police, report says

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Documents reveal the details of an Horry County disturbance call that led to a standoff last week.

Officers with the Horry County Police Department arrested Aaron Wigger, 33, on Wednesday after a more than an hour and a half standoff.

Wigger was charged with first-degree domestic violence and possession of a weapon during a violent crime, according to jail records.
