BOTEOURT COUNTY, Va. (WSET) — A domestic dispute between father and son turned deadly on Saturday in Botetourt County, according to officials.
The Botetourt County Sheriff’s Office said their office is investigating a fatal stabbing on January 24. Deputies were first dispatched to the 2000 block of Old Fincastle Road just after 11 a.m., where they found an adult man with a stab wound to the chest.
“The initial investigation revealed that an argument occurred between a 16-year-old male and his father, during which the father sustained a stab wound to the chest,” BCSO said. “Despite life-saving efforts, the adult male succumbed to his injuries at the scene.”…
