PEN YANN, N.Y. (WROC) — A Farmington man has been charged after an investigation into the sexual assault of a teenager.
34-year-old Daniel R. Sims is accused of providing alcohol and drugs to the 15-year-old victim before having sexual contact with them while they were under the influence and incapacitated by the drugs and alcohol.
