We will see light scattered snow showers today but impact will be minor. Most of us will see 1-2 inches. Lake-effect snow showers develop today. Any accumulations will be minor and stay in northern Monroe, Wayne and Cayuga counties. Frigid temperatures will be around for the entire week. We will not escape the teens. Blowing snow will be a hazard this week. Wind gusts will be around 30 to 40 mph and since the snow that fell yesterday was very fine, it will blow around with the slightiest breeze.
