Santa Rosa Police Department’s “Missing Person Monday” Campaign Resolves 13 Cold Cases Since Launch

The Santa Rosa Police Department, in a continuation of their efforts to address longstanding missing persons cases, has initiated the latest phase of their “Missing Person Monday” campaign. The department’s social media campaign, as highlighted in a recent Facebook post, seeks to bring renewed attention to adult cold cases, leveraging the power of the community to generate leads and provide closure to families.

Since its inception in January 2024, the initiative has achieved remarkable success. According to the Facebook update from the Santa Rosa Police Department, the first run of the campaign swiftly identified one individual and concluded with five cases resolved, including one dating back to 2005. The second wave came in August of 2024 and resulted in three more cases being closed.
