Palm Beach County will get a blast of colder temperatures this week, but the weather won’t be nearly as intense as what millions of people have faced with the winter storm sweeping much of the eastern and central U.S.
Brisk northerly winds behind a strong cold front will lead temperatures to plummet 30 to 40 degrees from the afternoon of Jan. 26 into Jan. 27, according to the National Weather Service. Below-normal temperatures are expected to last through the weekend.
