‘Heartbreaking’: Mass. Gov. Healey on the latest on the winter storm, fatal snowplow incident

Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey said Monday that it was “heartbreaking” to learn of a fatal snowplow incident in an MBTA parking lot that claimed the life of a 51-year-old woman.

“I’ve spoken with her husband. It’s just devastating,” Healey said as she offered an update on the state’s ongoing efforts to tackle the winter storm that had dumped more than a foot of snow across the commonwealth.

“It is heartbreaking and my heart goes out to their family,” Healey continued. “I was very, very, very sorry to see that.”…
