EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two teens were recently arrested and charged with murder for the shooting death of a 39-year-old man that happened back in November in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO).
Shortly before 2:50 a.m. on Nov. 14, deputies responded to the 14100 block of Fortuna following a report of shots fired.
Upon arrival, deputies located a man, later identified as 39-year-old Jose Sanchez Garcia, who was suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. Sanchez Garcia was then taken to the hospital for treatment; however, he succumbed to his injuries on Dec. 16, according to EPCSO…
