HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A traffic stop in Horizon City led to the arrest of a 31-year-old man wanted on drug charges.
According to the Horizon City Police Department, Pedro Hernandez was arrested on Jan. 19, after he was pulled over while driving a dark grey GMC Sierra and a warrant check revealed he had an active criminal warrant for manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance.
