A woman and her three-day-old child had to escape from a Greene County home after a man was preventing them from leaving, according to the Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded about 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, to the 9700 block of E. Farm Road 156 in Rogersville to a report of domestic assault, according to a GCSO Facebook post.
Upon arrival, the deputies learned that Cody Deckard, 33, was preventing four people from leaving the residence. A woman with her three-day-old baby were able to escape and were taken to a local hospital for evaluation, according to the release…
