The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) Board of Directors approved a non-binding memorandum of understanding to “seriously consider” relocating the organization’s headquarters from Colorado Springs to Cheyenne, Wyoming.
Last year, a development group in Cheyenne approached PRCA with a relocation proposal.
