Developer confirms plans for AI data center in Weld County

WELD COUNTY, Colo. — Plans are moving forward for a large artificial intelligence data center in Weld County after a developer confirmed the northern Colorado property sale.

Developer Martin Lind said Global AI purchased about 500 acres in Weld County for $15.6 million in December.
