SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Housing Authority (SHA) announced Monday that it has been awarded more than $7 million to develop a new affordable housing project.
SHA says the Washington Department of Commerce awarded the money through two programs to aid the development of the 85-unit Chalice Place, which will be located at the intersection of North Wall and Country Homes Boulevard, adjacent to the Country Homes Christian Church.
