MISSOULA, Mont. – Two men are facing serious charges after being arrested in Missoula over the weekend.
Joshua Stephen Roybal, 35, from Kalispell, Montana, and Patrick William Allen, 54, from Spokane, Washington, were taken into custody on drug trafficking charges.
