BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Fourteen-year-old Angel Berumen was riding his skateboard to school. That’s when a driver hit and killed him before taking off.
The family members of the alleged driver are accused of trying to conceal the car. But due to the slow moving Kern County Court system, Berumen’s case has yet to go to trial.
