NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Officials from Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties on Monday will mark the completion of a new regional forensic facility designed to speed up DNA testing and strengthen local criminal investigations.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the Tri-County Biological Science Center, located at 3765 Leeds Ave. in North Charleston. State leaders are also expected to attend.
