A Hall County citizen has filed a petition in Hall County Superior Court looking to have a development on Cagle Mill Road reheard.
This comes after Hall County District 3 Commissioner Gregg Poole attempted to do a similar act at the commission level.
His reasoning at the time was due to a testimony showing the now-removed planning commissioners had staged the vote.
