DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — Durham is dealing with plenty of ice and snow that’s covering the entire city after Sunday’s winter storm hit North Carolina and other states.
It’s a rare sight in the Bull City, but it’s one that called for a day of fun for many residents. Colin Wiebe was just one of dozens of people sledding in Central Park.
“For me, it’s like growing up here in Durham, I have a lot of memories of snowstorms being a big deal and coming out as a kid,” Wiebe said. “It really just reminds me of my childhood.”…
