PENDLETON, S.C. (WSPA) — One person was airlifted to a burn center Monday afternoon after crews responded to a fire in Pendleton.
Officials with the Pendleton Fire Department said when they arrived, they found the victim unconscious in the kitchen area.
According to crews, the bedroom had caught fire. The door to the room was closed, containing the blaze and not causing any additional damage.
