DURHAM, N.C. (WNCN) — A winter storm that made its way across central North Carolina over the weekend is set to cause further complications for drivers heading out for their morning commute on Monday.
Most of the state remains covered in ice, and several crashes are expected as crews work to clear the major roads and highways.
